Can I purchase from WholesaleMart as an individual?
WholesaleMart operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) supplier. We are not open to the general public, and a valid business entity is required to make a purchase.
Can I sell WholesaleMart products online?
Our products are intended strictly for offline resale and business use. Listing our products on any e-commerce marketplace is expressly prohibited.
What is the minimum wholesale purchase requirement?
The minimum purchase requirement for all orders is one full case.
Does WholesaleMart offer dropshipping services?
At this time, we do not offer dropshipping services.
Do you offer a printed catalog?
To ensure our customers always have access to our most up-to-date inventory and pricing, our complete product catalog is hosted exclusively online.
Product Information
Are WholesaleMart's products individually boxed?
Yes, unless otherwise specified on the product page, all items are individually packaged in plain white, brown, or colored gift boxes. Each box is labeled with the product item number, and the majority also feature UPC barcodes.
Shipping & Logistics
Does WholesaleMart ship internationally?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Where are your warehouses located, and what are your shipping zones?
We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States. To ensure maximum efficiency for high-volume carton shipping and freight deliveries, we utilize Amazon's advanced AWD logistics infrastructure for our warehouse operations.
How much is shipping, and when can I expect my order?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and can be viewed directly in your shopping cart. We process and ship most orders within 48 to 72 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification containing your tracking information.
Do you offer expedited or rush shipping?
We currently offer standard ground delivery via UPS or authorized freight lines. Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.
Can I use my own shipping account to cover freight charges?
WholesaleMart does not accept third-party shipping accounts for billing purposes. All shipping costs must be processed directly through our checkout system.
Is warehouse pickup available for my merchandise?
For safety and logistical reasons, our distribution centers are closed to the public, and we do not offer local order pickup.
Returns & Claims
What is your return and claims policy?
Any claims regarding damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to us within 10 days of the delivery date. Please note that claims submitted after this 10-day window cannot be accepted.
