How do I return an item?

Return Policy:

  • All damages and defects must be notified to us within 10 days of the delivery date. Any claims made after the 10th day will not be considered as a legitimate claim.
  • If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund or store credit.
  • Merchandise is not returnable for a refund or store credit without permission from our office prior to actual return.
  • Undamaged merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for the return freight charge.
