Shipping is calculated on a flat rate basis of 15% of the order or $19.95, whichever is greater. Your purchase will ship within 24-48 hours via UPS Ground (5-10 days). Tracking will be emailed to you the next morning after your order has shipped. Note: Bulk Buy (case lot) items have seperate shipping fees based on weight and delivery location. Rate will be calculated at checkout.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from date of purchase. - Merchandise is not returnable for credit or exchange without permission from our office prior to actual return.
- Undamaged merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer is responsible for the return freight charge.
- All damages and defects must be notified to us within 10 days of the delivery date. Any claims made after the 10th day will not be considered as a legitimate claim.
